Hello
I have smooth n5 chrome plated shaft and aluminum clamp on it. when clamp is locked it must transmit some torque w/o slippage. In unlock condition the clamp need to allow adjustment and slip. Currently clamp made of 7075-t6+hard anodize. I need advise for high friction coating or another better combination of aluminum type/coating in order to increase the friction to shaft. The main problem that the clamp is not fully wraps the shaft and the tightening screw cann't tight it absolutelly.
Thanks in advance

Alex
