NCUTCD asking for comments on speed limits

"The National Committee on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (NCUTCD) is reviewing the language in the MUTCD related to setting speed limits. This review is in response to findings from the recent National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) report on speed limits.
