Natural Rubber Latex radiation properties 1

Good Morning,

I am an aerospace engineer from Spain. I'm currently working on a model of a weather balloon made of a natural latex compound. I've been looking for radiation properties (absorptivity, reflectivity, and transmissivity, both solar and infrared in each case) of this kind of material for a long time, but i can't find them anywhere.

I'd really appreciate if you could tell me where I can find them or the values themselves.
