Using NX Nastran V10.0 and continue getting error message that my results are in the wrong format. I am performing a typical structure analysis like many times in the past. I have made no changes to how I set up the analysis, and all the pre checks perform without incident. Is there a good way to resolve this error that I am missing?

I don't think that anyone here will be able to give a useful answer without more information. I would suggest that you upload the f06 file that contains the error message.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried to solve it, but I keep receiving the message that my results are in wrong format. Can someone help me, please?

Hello!,
You post the op2 file, but this is the output NX NASTRAN binary file, to see the error you have we need to have the complete full model, zip the *.prt, *.sim, *.fem files and we can take a look to it, OK?. If the model comes from FEMAP post your *.modfem file.
Best regards,
Blas.

I've just managed to solve the problem. Thanks for trying to help me.

Hi,

It maybe a bug in that version. Please make sure you install the latest update. For example, there is a recent version that had NXNastran Solver pointed to an unknown Hostname for search of license availability. This pre-setting cause error.

Anyhow, the .f06 file will have better indication of this matter.

Kind regards,
Tuw
