Folders that seem to not contain anything have been added to an assembly. I have no idea how they were added or by whom. I have checked the previous versions of the assembly and the folder (3 of them) were added in different versions. When selecting the folders and right clicking them, no menu appears. When you try to delete any of them, SolidWorks crashes. The 3 folders are at the bottom of the tree. Recently a sub-assembly was added to the assembly. The newly added assembly does not appear in the tree. It shows up in the BOM on the assembly drawing. As an experiment I tried dragging an existing assembly into one of the mystery folders and it seems to have gone in. My feeling is that the new sub-assembly that was added to the assembly was some how added to one of these folder. Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Can you post a image of what your seeing?

I have seen something like this in parts where the sketch of a feature shows up at the bottom of the tree, but you cannot do anything with it. Its as if its not there even though you can see it. The sketch can be from any feature either high or the bottom of the history tree.
