My motors won't rotate.

I'm using SOLID EDGE ST, and I've been trying to get the stator on my compressor to rotate. But I can't. I can only rotate the Rotor Blades, and the nose gaurd. How can I get the stator to rotate as well. I put my motor on the stator, but when I run the simulation nothing happens.

I mean shaft to rotate.
