Use capacitor cross-coupled transistors, the CD4528 (or123, 221, 423) or build one from schmidt triggers (HC14s).<br><br>Look im most circuit design texts for a detailed amalysis of the transistor ckt.<br><br>You can also look at the LM555 timer chip.&nbsp;&nbsp;National had a great app. book on them.&nbsp;&nbsp;They can be made in thousands of circuits.&nbsp;&nbsp;Sam's (Radio Shack) had a book on them too.<br>
