MSE walls

When ending an MSE wall and continuing into a fillslope, is there a maximum height that you can end that wall at? More specifically, do I need to extend the wall until it drops to some majic height before I can stop the wall and start my fill slope?

I would imagine that the wall would for practical reasons need to bee at least 1 panel height tall above the bearing pad.
