MS Spec listed in title block

I was researching a fastener from Hi-Shear,HL13, when I noticed the title block references an MS specification, MS24694. Does anyone have a clue as to why the title block would contain a reference to another seemingly unrrelated MS spec?

I looked up MS24694, which is for a steel/CRES/Al 100 deg CSK screw. While the HL13 is for a 100 deg CSK Ti Hi-lok.
