Moving structures in storm and sanitary

whenever I try to move a structure in inroads storm and sanitary, microstation locks up and i have to cntrl-alt-del to kill it. has anyone had this problem? it has surfaced every time I have used storm and sanitary on multiple machines ever since I started running ss1. I am now running ss2 and continue to have the problem.

jeremyk55, what happens when you try a different data set and XIN? Try using the Bentley delivered training files for S&S to see if you still have the problem.
