Monitoring of 24 story building

What do I need for monitoring a 24 story building? I generally monitor 4-8 story buildings with vibration monitoring, optical monitoring, and crack gauges. Is there something different for tall buildings? Is continuous optical monitoring (robotic) needed, or 1-2 times a week in-person is fine? I plan to do a preconstruction report of the whole building for cracks and stuff, same as I do for smaller buildings.

Reason for monitoring: My client is doing construction on a lot adjacent to the 24 story building.

Side question: Vibration monitoring would only be at 1st floor, right? I think the data would start to get muddled and include things like wind gusts if I also place them at higher floors.

I would do the same for up to about 25 or 30 storeys. Just more data
