I have been searching for Engineering Monograph No. 27 " Moments and Reactions for Rectangular Plates" from the U.S. Department of the Interior and have not had much luck locating a copy of this. Does anyone know of how or where I can get a copy of this? Thanks in advance for your help

I've checked and pretty much verified it's out of print at this time. If you need just a few pages, I can fax them to you. Maybe if you check Ebay, someone is selling them.
As an editorial note, I think it's a real shame that our federal government can't find it within their multi trillion dollar budget to sell (at a break even price) useful tools like this. They've already done the tough part (developing the tables) so all they have to do is print up a bunch and take orders.
Maybe I'll write a letter.
