Mold gets stuck in machine!

Hi i am new to this forum, I am a technician and wanting to learn how to solve a stubborn problem.I have molding issue. Everytime the plastic mold gets stuck inside the mold, after the cycle and machine stops. A suggestion was given to increase mold size. I was wondering if there is an alternative quick fix thanks!

You need to explain more detail, and avoid using the same term to mean different things. For example, "plastic mold gets stuck inside the mold" does not make sense.
