Hi all,
can I modify (cold cut) 90 degree elbow ASTM A234 WPB in to 45 degree elbow. Kindly advise.

You may want to post this in the "Pipelines, piping and Fluid Mechanics" forum ..

It sounds like you are asking about piping code acceptability ..... not FEA methodologies
