Is it possible to model a stirrup in 2D wire model of an RC frame? I could not able to rotate the stirrup in the required position. Can anyone tell me the solution?. Also how to model centre to centre modelling of beam column of RC frame in ABAQUS?

Check the documentation chapter Defining Reinforcement --> Defining Rebar in Abaqus/Standard Beam Elements. If this approach is not sufficient, you may have to use a solid model with embedded elements.

Thank you. It helped me. Yes it is possible only with solid elements. Can you tell how to do modal pushover analysis in ABAQUS ?

I'm not a civil engineer but you will likely have to run a static (or quasi-static) analysis with geometric nonlinearity and prescribed displacement controlled with an amplitude. There are some YouTube tutorials showing how to perform these analyses and it's also covered in a book titled "Solving Complex Problems for Structures and Bridges Using Abaqus Finite Element Package" by F. Hejazi.

Thank you. I will look into it
