I am trying to modulate in HAP an air system for a hotel composed of multiple 2-pipe fan coil units with a DOAS. I have defined people and lighting schedules in each space but I cannot input a diversity factor in the Thermostat and Zone Data screen of the Zone Component tab because the field is grayed. I would appreciate some help from HAP users.

Hi, Drazen, thanks for your reply. Attached is the screen print of HAP zone component screen. I would appreciate your help. Thanks,

while selcting the terminal units, it is gray, for others options are ok

Yes, I found the same.

Apparently, the point is that HAP wants you to calculate fan coils for 100% capacity themselves, and don't allow you to apply diversity on distribution network level.

On system level, however, there should have been a difference. I propose that you run calculation and observe report, there is system level and network level calculation result.

I cannot do it myself as all old project data are moved to another pc.

Do the full calc with this and look what report shows for system sizing, and what for zone sizing (system summary vs. zone summary), than we can discuss it further.
