It appears from some of the postings that some small features fromthe original sketch were lost when this part was made in sheet metal. (large section end) these features maybe small but are probably important when it comes time for assembly. Being an avid user of ISDX and REX and understanding the time and place for surfaces, try not to over think your part don

Yes, it is in 3.0. I have been running it for about a month to amonth in a half and have run into this problem several times sorry about that. Let me see what I can do.

Finally got time to switch my license file back so I could run WF2 and redid the part. I changed the chamfer to an extrude cause I didn

Sorry for telling that, but this model is absolutely different than it should be. This is a sheetmetal part, and on yours the wall thickness is vary. I think it shall be made in sheetmetal.

I did noticed the wall section change but probably no more then you will see when the metal is drawn to make this shape. How will you get a .3 vertical inside side wall and a 1 R. on the outside in sheetmetal Sec. A-A? This is the profile I refered to earlier that is probably critical during assembly. If it is not, then sheetmetal is probably the right way to go.
