Is the Image button really that hard to use?

Mistake 1: The "welder" is not qualified.
Mistake 2: No surface preparation or cleaning at all.

Add possible lack of a Welding Procedure to follow and lack of QC.

The weld was made with NO PREP and without removing the paint from either surface. SO the interior of the weld is well, "as good as the burned paint inside the weld".

A mark of the lack of quality: The weld slag was not removed after cooldown. So what ever is there still cannot be looked at.

Other: Lookout! The structural "supports" are only half-on the remnant of concrete ledge around the slab. No strength in the concrete under the half of the hollow steel tube (?) that is touching the concrete ledge. Guaranteed to crack soon under movement and vibration: The concrete ledge like that has no strength vertically against loads.

But at least the job is consistent. EVERY vertical member will fail the same way.

Nah, it's not likely that the loading is the same on every member. Each vertical will have a unique failure.

Curious if I'm looking at a scarf cut or a weld. There are witness marks on the floor that seem to indicate that there was tubing removed. Not sure what is being shown, asked, etc.

First mistake I see is bad photography skills.

The devil is in the details; she also wears prada.

So this looks like a rectangular tank with 4 x 4 steel beams laid in the floor (why?) welded badly at 45 degrees to create a high stress joint which will likely fail as soon as you put any level of water in it.

Don't be close to it when they do it.

Coming up as the Philippines?

Remember - More details = better answers
