Mirror Imported Feature

Hello,

I have a part imported from a .stp file. In part tree my first feature is the Imported feature. I created a plane(offset 0 from xy) and i need to mirror this according the plane.

How can i do this in pro/e? i use WF3

click on the part node in the top of themodel tree(first item, not the first feature) then edit->mirror, pick the plane.


That is how you mirror the entire part to get another half of it.

I useually make a surface copy ... ie Select surfaces on the STEP model and use 'CONT C 'to copy those surface and mirror those.
