Minimum wall thickness when machining Delrin and PC.

What should the minimum wall thickness of Delrin and PC be when machining. Thanks
 
Your minimum wallstock really depends on your machining process. If you machine one side, then cast it into a "holder", you should easily be able to machine down to at least 1mm (.04").
