Min rad detection

Is there any way we can identify the min rad in our model & also can we shade all the rad as per their value

If you are using NX9.0.3 or above, you could try using Visual Reporting to do what you're after.
There is a report called 'Face Minimum Radius' which does what you're after.
is a video I did a while back which shows how visual reporting works (not sure if it showed that report, but you should be able to figure out how to find it).

There's a ridiculous assortment of functions for doing this. They're in the Analysis--Shape submenu. The functions to try are Radius, or Concave Faces, or Face Curvature.
 
If you can live with a little manual selection of faces to inspect, use the "minimum radius" feature.
The purpose of the function is probably identify the largest possible tool that can cut a surface. - It will on solid bodies only report concave radiuses.
If you select a convex only solid body, you will not get a result.
