Migrate Spreadsheet data

I have a part with an XESS part family spreadsheet which, when I try to open, gives me an error about the lack of Exceed.
From this forum I figured out that I could 'Migrate Spreadsheet data' to Excel, but when I use this option I get the same error about the lack of Exceed and the migration does not happen

What do I do?
