Microware RF and 13.56Mhz reder/writer RFID inlet tag 1

I would like to learn what is different beween the microware radio frequency in microwave oven and the reader and write 13.56 Mhz transponder to read a small nickel size RFID inlet tag for inventory operation.

I am also looking for vendor to supply RFID inlet tag with polycabonate face laminate film. My reader and writer is 13.56Mhz. Please help

I would also like to learn the different between both Radio frequency for the signal communication and radian microwave.

I am experiment a polycabonate plate put in microwave to cook something but to be able seal off microwave a portion of the food so it cooked only certain place. Is there any material I could use without microwave sparking or fire up so I don't get in trouble with my wyfe microwave oven.
