How do you print or plot to a USB only device from Microstation or DOS?

Another too little too late but I just saw it so here it goes for future reference.

USB should just connect ... using the "printer.plt" driver.

As for DOS...
at the DOS prompt type:
.
copy filename.plt ltp1
.
pretty much this means...
(copy DOS command-space-filename of plt file-space-address of the printer or plotter)
