Metric die/tap file needed

Can somebody help me with the metric die.sldlfp and metric tap.sldlfp files from solidworks 2016? unmodified! I changed something in the original files, and now all my thread profiles are wrong. can't reinstall the solid. uploading it or a link to the files, because i haven't found them anywhere on the web.
 
The path is C:/ProgramData/Solidworks/Solidworks 2016/Thread Profiles
