Can anyone provide info on the manufacturing methods capable of producing small OD & ID (<1/2"OD), heavy wall (ratio of wall thickness to ID is on the order of 5X), seamless, stainless, tubing. Tube lengths would be in the order of 10 to 20 feet. The final ID must be very smooth, i.e., something in the range of <20 microinches Ra. I would be interested in getting any available info that discusses production methods, equipment / equipment manufacturers, lubricants, cleaning, annealing, testing, etc.
