Metallographic Replica with Transcopy Replica Foild of Struers

Did you provide a dark background for reviewing the replica? Typically, what I have done with replicas is to use a black marker to color the backside of the replica for viewing, similar to a coating on the backside of a mirror. Also, did you adequately etch the surface prior to pulling a replica?
