Meshing tools simular to I-deas?

My company has decided to get completely away from Windows XP. That means I won't have my I-deas software very much longer. Is the a mesher out there similar to I-deas tools? How easy are the tools in NX and Catia?

I-Deas 14 (I-Deas NX6) and above works fine with Windows 7 64 bit. Current version is I-Deas 18 (I-Deas NX6.4), no need to move off I-Deas if you don't want.
