Hi,
There is something I don't understand with the 2D ALE adaptive meshing:
I have two different models using this method but two different results.
First model: a first step without ALE, a second with ALE: one inflow and one outflow eulerian boundary regions. The mesh moves with the material and the geometry is updated.
Second model: a single step with ALE, the same inflow and outflow eulerian boudary surfaces. This time the mesh doesn't move with the material !!! : The stresses change with the time but the geometry remains the same !!!
What can influence the displacement of the mesh in an ALE ????
Thx
