Melt Practice AMS 5504

Can anyone tell me if melt practice is specified in AMS 5504.

Or more specifically, if there are Non Metallic Inclusion limits.

Do you know of a spec for coiled or strip 410 with remelt or inclusion limits.

Not 410, but there are grades of Stainless Steel (similar to 420) called Flapper Valve Steel that conform to certain standards when related to inclusion limits or cleanliness.

Try Sandvik, Eberle, Hitachi, or even Paturle.
