I am having a tough time finding someone to sell us a copper selenide touch up material certified to AMS 2484. They all say their product meets it, but are not interested in selling material with certifications. So far I have tried Precision Brand's "Tool Black", EPI's "InstaBlack" and Birchwood's "PrestoBlack". Can anyone help me identify a supplier willing to certify?
