Mechanism on 64-bit XP

For the first time we are aiming to use Pro Mechanism


With full WF4 M190 (x86) on 32-bit XP it is working
With full WF4 M190 (x64) on 64-bit XP ProE just quit. No error!

Any idea?
What is needed to get ProMechanism running?
- Java Fx?
- Mechanica?

Any help will be appreciated
