mechanism design and animate tutorials

Hi,
I need to simulate kinematics and dynamics of a mechanism for analysing forces, velocities...
Then, I'll have to make animations with photorendering.

Can I do all (including photorendered animations) within MDO or do I have to amalyse with MDO and animate with "pro/animate" ?
(I don't have those modules yet, so I can't try now).

So, I'm looking for tutorial for doing all of this.

Can someone indicate where I could find tutorials on mechanism design and animations ?
