Although I have over 10,000 hours of Pro/E experience, it has been confined to pretty basic modeling, assembly, and detailing. I have used datum planes and coordinate systems to assemble parts.

Please excuse my ignorance; what is a mechanism connection? Is it similare to what used to be called skeleton.

Roger,

Mechanism Connection is a other module of PRO/ENGINNER.

Connection are used for moving the components of the Assembly. This module is a Mechanism Desing and Mechanism Dinamics. Download the models in Procentral and run in menu

mechanism-> analisys and RUN. for understand redefine the components.
