Blistering is not caused by absorption into the carbon material; it is a byproduct of viscous shear. Therefore, ANY carbon will blister provided the prime conditions exist. Prime conditions for blistering include higher seal face pressures and speeds, higher viscosity fluids, and frequent stop/start cycling (constant speed should not result in blister formation).
All that being said, if you use a premium grade of carbon (metal filled as opposed to a resin-filled) you reduce your chances of this occurring. The resin impregnated carbon face surface smoothness may also promote blister formation. Based on experience, you should be fine with the Synturion 6, but I would verify the carbon grade you have installed to be sure.
