Mechanical latch/lever for crank

Need to find a mechanical latch/lever like the ones used on boat winches, come-alongs etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;This lever allows gear movement in one direction and prevents slippage in the other<br>By lifting the lever you can release the gear in the opposite direction.&nbsp;&nbsp;Where can I find this lever or similar ones without remove it from my boat winch?
