Mechanical Integrity

Does anyone know of a book written on how to write a mechanical integrity program to satisfy OSHA PSM requirements? We can't afford training in these tough times and wonder if their is a book out there which explains this......

I have avaided OSHA - don't want to advise a company who already expects this to be in compliance and then asking why we are not when we should be - I checked out their site - no luck there - api site same thing - thanks for replying
