Measuring surface Zeta-potential using Potentiostat-Galvanostat

Hi,all

I am new to the field and am wondering if anyone has the experience of measuring zeta-potential of a surface of some coated material in a given solution.Is it possible to do that with a pothetiostat/Galvanostat?
