Measuring flow in an IV line

Would anyone know of a good flowmeter that can measure saline flow in an IV line? The saline will be aerated. I also need it to a fast reaction time (<100ms).

range gated doppler (20 mhz, ultrasonic) has been used in small diameter passages
 
Any ideas on where I could buy one of those?
 
the only one I am familiar with was custom built R&D and produce flow profiles in small capillaries

you might try GE Medical
 
I don't know what the saline flow rate in an IV line is, but here's a snapshot of flow rates for a low flow coriolis meter:
