McQuay ALS chiller inquiry

I would like your input/experience with McQuay's "new" screw chiller model (ALS) that has been supposedly redesigned becuase of the amount of failures from its predecessor.

I'm sorry, the correct model is the "AGS" 110-475 ton-r.
