I don't think it's in the code. Looks in the PtI post tensioning manual if you are in the US.

Don't know of any code that specifically deals with the detailing of PT tendons. If you look at this document by an Aussie mob who do a lot of PT work locally, page 7 has some guidance for curves and kinks.

PTI manual gives some direction. They give 1:6 slope or 10m radius if I remember right. I called VSL with a similar question and they thought the 10m radius was fine
