Max hydro test pressure on a 9000 lb sockolet

One of our clients had us build some 3" spools with 2500 ansi flanges and a 9000 lb sockolet they want us to hydro test to the maximum flange rating witch would be 9275 PSI for the 2500 ansi flanges but would this test pressure be over the maximum pressure rating for the 9000 sockolets i attached a copy of the piping spec?

Attachment is missing. What’s the design code and material you’re talking about here? And what’s the size of the sockolet? I assume it’s a B16.11 sockolet.
