I am sorry if I have posted this question in the wrong forum. I didn't know where to post it actually, therefore posting it here. I wanted to know if anyone has used Matlab code to make/change curves in the spine FE model. I have the code already and I do know where should I look at the code to make the changes but I do not know the step where and how to begin from. I am not clear if I have to convert the spine FE model to some file which can be opened in Matlab and then play around with the code and something more or is there a different way to do this. Any kind of help or suggestions would be highly appreciated.
