Mathcad Table of Contents

I have been looking everywhere and can not find a way to do a table of contents for a long mathcad worksheet. Is there such a thing? I am looking for something that will list page numbers and automatically update like a Word document table of contents. Any direction on this would help.

There should be a help section that discusses the creation of E-books, which all have TOCs. If it's not that complicated, there are help sections on creating hyperlinks, e.g., "Creating a Hyperlink to a Region"
