Hi everyone,

I am currently trying to solve a differential equation in Mathcad. As this is my first time using this software, I am having promblems to get the answer. I am looking for the timedepandent function n(t) [RPM]. Ideally it would be nice to get the symbolic solution. What am I doing wrong? Your help is much appreciated :)

greetings

Firstly, I seriously doubt there's a closed-form solution, but I don't think any version of Mathcad was particularly good at symbolic solutions anyway.

I don't have a full version of Prime, so can't check the functionality

Mathcad 13 was the last decent version for symbolic math. Mathcad 14 used a different symbolic math solver.
wxMaxima is clunky but it it better than Mathcad at doing symbolic math.
I use symbolic math a lot.
