Materials properties for composite design

Gents,
Is it correct that if holes are to be incorporated in a composite structure, OHT or OHC strength values should be used in the analysis instead of the normal tensile or compression values? and if it is should one use hot/wet values??

Depends on what you are designing. Please be much more specific. What are your design requirements? What is the purpose the holes (fasteners, access, ...)?

Tensile strength (unnotched and notched) is often more critical at cold temperatures than hot/wet. Compression is the opposite.

Let say something of a rectangular box shape with holes drilled for bolting bulkheads and other internal attachments. The box will be subjected to bending and twisting load.
