Material for Naphtha with 100 ppmw H2S

Do you think it is OK to use Carbon steel with just 3 mm CA for Heat Exchanger for naphtha with content of 100 ppmw of H2S?

It is naphtha stabilizer and temp. is 165 degC. In the meantime I checked couple of similar applications and found that all materials are really CS+3mm CA.
