Material choice for a Ice Cooler?

I am thinking of a new design of a Ice chest (cooler)<br>
and was wanting some oppinons on polymer types to use, and thinkness. Foam insert as well. I am thinking of a normal<br>
in-store cooler for reference material. Any ideas?
