I have a licensed 2005 version of Revit Structure software that I purchased about a year ago. It has no manual. A help file is included which is normal with Autodesk software.

Questions:
1. When I print help file pages, the text size is about 1/32" high. Is there a way to increase the size of the printed text?

2. I have looked for "old" books at Sybex Autodesk training website- no luck. Can't find a suitable book at other book websites. Does anyone have a old manual that they would sell me or know where I may find one?
