Making only one dimension a dual dim in a drawing

I want to make only one dimension of many a dual dim in a drawing.
Anyone?
 
I think you'd have to type it in. As far as I know, the settings only work globally.
 
Just make a parameter that is the [original dimension] * 25.4. Add this as a parameter note to the dimension text.
If dual dimensions are disabled, there is not a way to add it other than something like this.
